Ron Brignac has been a licensed real estate agent in the great state of Louisiana for five years and has been with Safari Realty for the past 14 months.

Ron has lived most of his life in the Lake area. He has long served the office system needs of real estate companies and their agents. He has owned businesses in South Louisiana and Texas for over forty-five years. He helped others to get established in the office equipment business and has even earned a product patent.

He determined years ago to enter the real estate industry full-time. As a full time agent he enjoys helping buyers and sellers satisfy their real estate needs.

Ron and Mary have been blessed with four wonderful children, Debra and Husband Joe Aperfine, of Summerfield, NC. Ronnie (Ron) and wife Cindy, Michael and wife Kim of Lake Charles. Alisa and husband David Klinedinst of Tomball , TX. The Brignac’s have fourteen grandchildren: Brandon, Kristen, Joey, Lindsey, Lauren, Megan, Chandler, Madeline, Caleb, Jack, Caius, Connor, Isabella, Katie.

Janis Painter is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Louisiana and loves it. It's unlike anything I've ever done. It's so exciting and rewarding to serve and help someone walk through the experience of purchasing that home they've dreamed about.

She has worked with her husband Barry L. Painter, with Painter Construction Inc. for the past 16 years. Her experience in the construction world has been invaluable and is now a tremendous resource to her clients. She has experience in all aspects of building design and amenity selection and acquisition, sub-contractor retention, marketing and sales.

Janis recently became an accredited home stager, offering her clients the additional benefit of assisting them to get their home ready for marketing and sale.

She and Barry have been married for 29 years. She is the mother of three children, Barry K. (married to Bryn), Kara, and Nieko, and grandmother to two precious girls, Billie and Blaire. She enjoys hanging out with the family and loves to travel-anywhere! Janis attends Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church and volunteers at New Life Counseling, Inc.

Audrey Brown, Realtor/Notary - brings 15 years experience in real estate to our office. 

She has been a blessing to work with over the years. She has demonstrated service to her clients over her own needs. She has demonstrated proficiency and a broad knowledge of real estates transactions. She will be a credit to our operation.

Candace Trouth Spooner is a licensed agent in the state of Louisiana. She previously worked as an apprentice to Steve Floyd, the Owner/Broker of Safari Realty, LLC.

Spooner is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of McNeese State University and also a member of the Lake Charles chapter of the Cajun French Music Association. She and her husband, Jason Spooner, attend The Dwelling Place church.

Candace and Jason have been happily married since December 2004 and enjoy participating in events such as triathlons and charitable runs; they also enjoy camping and dirt bike riding with the family.

Weston Webb is an E-Pro certified realtor professional. 

Weston Webb obtained a Mass Communications degree from McNeese State University and has been a licensed real estate agent at Safari Realty since June of 2007.

Weston loves the real estate business and has become a real asset to his clients. “With the media reporting crises at every turn I am thankful to work in a more stable market. I am excited about the growth and progress in the Lake area. There is so much to be thankful for and love about this area.”

Crystal started with Safari Realty as an administrative assistant. After acquiring behind the scenes knowledge, she has since completed her real estate licensing. Crystal will continue to work in the office, assisting agents and clients, as well as build a career for herself. She looks forward to working with new people and helping them achieve their dream of home ownership. 

Originally from Westlake, Crystal has lived in several different areas across the country. She found it was a true blessing for the opportunity for her and her family to return back home to Louisiana. She insists that their is no other place on Earth like the culture and people of Southwest Louisiana and is thankful everyday that she is a member of such a strong community. 

Crystal is married to Bryan Jordan, where they now reside in Moss Bluff, LA . They have 3 children, Gavin, Braelyn & Avery.

Steve Floyd, Safari Realty's Broker/Principal has been in the real estate business since 1999.  Steve Floyd began as an agent, then broker, for the Gray Estate in charge of Graywood Realty LLC, a master planned community in Lake Charles, Louisiana.  He gained real estate experience through managing transactions related to various types of real estate holdings within the Gray Estate.
